DAY 1: Ha Noi – Ha Long (L/D)

08:30 Pick up at your hotel in Hanoi old quarter. Start 2,5 hour road journey via new highway on ultra-luxurious limousine (In case Guests use Car service)
Note: If guests do not stay at the hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter area, our car will pick up at meeting point is Hanoi Opera House – the final pickup point. => This one for guest who use our transfer service. >>You may be interested in Transfer Hanoi – Halong and return. If you book option from Halong without transfer from Hanoi (you are in Halong already) or you prefer getting to Halong bay on your own, please come to our meeting point at Halong International Cruise Port (Tuan Chau harbor) before 11.30 AM. You will be check in and transferred to the big Cruise by tender/speed boat. Any late arrivals will be charged 100 USD for tender.
12:00 Transfer to Le Théatre Cruise by speed boat. Warmly welcome by our crew and given a short briefing about your cruise while sipping your welcome drink at The Opera restaurant.
12:45 Check into your cabin. Refresh your self during transient waiting time for leaving Gia Luan harbour.
13:00 Buffet lunch will be served in The Opera restaurant while Le Théatre cruise towards Halong Bay.
15:00 Explore Ao Ech area belonged to Lan Ha bay. It’s great ideal destination for kayaking around limestone islets, enjoy swimming in crystal sea water. Sunset tea or coffee break. Summit on the sundeck for watching the sunset. It’s nice
16:30 chatting time to make acquaintance with new friends or simply enjoy hunting photos and drinks.
17:30 Happy Hour ( 17:30-18:30 The Golden Time, buy 2 get 1 free drink of the same one), You will also be served with free
18:30 cakes and fruit.
18:00 Class of cooking demonstration, our chef will guide you how to make famous traditional Vietnamese spring rolls.
19:00 Delicious dinner is served with Seafood set menu in The Opera restaurant.
21:00 After dinner, reward yourself with a large selection of cocktails at panoramic bar or take one of our onboard activities: squid fishing, a spa treatment service or movies in your cabin. Over night on board.

DAY 2: HALONG – HANOI ( Light breakfast, Brunch )

6:00 Start a day with a Tai Chi session, enjoy the fresh air and watch the sunrise on the bay.
6:30 Have a light breakfast on board.
7:00-8:00 Explore the Tra Bau area by kayaking, get closer to the rocky islands and admire the stunning nature of the bay.
9:00 Return to the cruise, check-out.
9:30 Enjoy brunch at the restaurant while cruising back to Tuan Chau port.
11:00 Disembark at Tuan Chau port.

ADDINFORMATION:

CHANGE OF THE ITINERARY: The Cruise ‘s itinerary may change from time to time depending on the weather forecast, tide level or the instructions are given by the Halong Bay Management Authorities.

Swimming or kayaking excursions may be cancelled due to poor weather.
Meals on board are fusion: Vietnamese, seafood & international. Guests should advise of any special food preferences, allergies or dietary requirements at least one (01) week prior to the cruise date. After embarking, it is no longer changeable due to the stock limit condition
Advance registration is required prior to departure at least 3 days with your full name, date of birth, nationality, gender, passport number and visa expiration date for all passengers. A valid passport is required upon check-in. Otherwise, boarding may be denied by port authority.
Time in the schedule is only relative. The specific time will be announced by our tour guide on the day of departure.
All activities are included in the program. Guests can choose to relax themselves and enjoy the scenery on board, without having to fully participate in activities above.

By Customers:

More than 60 days prior to trip departure: No charge.
60 days – 31 days before arrival: 50% charge.
From 30 to 15 days prior to check-in: 75% of total rate.
Less than 15 days prior to check-in: 100% of total rate.
No show: 100% of total rate.

By Bad Weather:

If the cancellation is announced by the Management Board of Halong Bay, depend on the timing of the cancellation, following policies will be applied:

Before departure from Hanoi to Halong Bay (none of the services has been used): 100% refund.
During the trip (some services have been used: transfer, lunch, day trip, hotel in Halong, etc.): used services will be charged, the rest will be refunded.
The trip is cut down from 2 nights to 1 night, tourists will be charged a 2 days/1 night trip, plus other used services, the rest will be refunded.
The final cost will be confirmed by your consultant via email. In all cases, please contact us directly for any urgent help. We are here to support you with all of our best!

07:15 Visit beautiful water cave named Bright cave by comfortably on local bamboo boat rowed by the locals. Going through the Bright cave, travelers will come to a lagoon, surrounded by magnificent mountains. The scene gives us a feeling of being lost in the paradise.
08:30 Come back to Le Théatre cruise.
09:30 Pack up your luggage and check out the room.
09:45 Buffet brunch will be served as we once again cruise back to harbour before your bill settlement
10:45 Return to Tuan Chau Island.
11:30 Transfer to ultra-luxurious limousine returned to Hanoi (In case Guests use Car service)
